What was the need?

Our client, a rapidly growing content platform, came to us with a critical operational bottleneck. Their team was buried under the weight of manually coordinating newsletter advertisements. The constant back-and-forth between their writers and various advertisers created endless email chains, consumed valuable time, and pulled focus away from their core mission of creating great content.

Details and Features

We partnered with them to design and build SAM, the Steady Advertisement Manager. This custom platform creates a centralized marketplace for their ad inventory. We enabled their writers to post available ad slots on a calendar, and created a simple portal for advertisers to request those placements and upload their creative for approval. Once approved, ads are automatically slotted into the correct newsletters. By automating this entire workflow, SAM eliminated the coordination chaos and freed up our client's team to focus on scaling their business.
