What was the need?

Our client, the stock brokerage firm Chryseum, had a workflow that was heavily dependent on manual, one-on-one communication. Their team was spending a significant part of each day on the phone—proactively updating clients about new stock listings and reactively managing trade requests. This made their operations hectic and limited their ability to scale efficiently.

We developed a secure and streamlined platform that empowers both the Chryseum team and their clients. New stock listings are now updated instantly within the app, giving clients real-time access to new opportunities. More importantly, we built a self-service portal where clients can browse investment options and submit trade requests directly through the platform. This has dramatically cut down on daily phone calls and coordination, creating a less hectic environment and giving the Chryseum team the valuable time they need to focus on high-level analysis and strategy.
