What was the need?
As a parent company managing multiple subsidiaries, ZACD was constantly reviewing major payments and staying aligned with activities across the group. A lot of these approvals and updates were happening through emails and spreadsheets - which worked, but required constant follow-ups to stay on track.
As operations grew, it became clear they needed a simpler, more organized way to see everything in one place - especially when it came to financial authorizations and internal tasks.
